i stayed for four nights. my room was very clean. turndown service was available. the room included a large bathtub and separate shower. the air conditioning was strong. the water pressure was excellent and always had very hot water.
the spa needs improvement. i got my nails done, and they did not disinfect anything. they had few colors, and my nails came out bumpy. it was also quite expensive.

i found the room clean a turndown service was available too the room had a large bathtub and separate shower the air conditioning was effective in keeping mosquitoes away. the food was delicious well seasoned and fresh i particularly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea it included chicken croquettes chocolate cake and banana cake. i appreciated how quiet and serene the hotel felt it offered a lovely oasis away from the hustle of the city center

The staff were unbelievably friendly. They. The grounds are beautiful, especially the pool area. Food was well presented and delicious. The hotel provides a shuttle bus for convenient access to the center of town (which I found helpful).

Our room was large, with a big bathtub and a separate shower. It included complimentary water bottles restocked daily and turn-down service. The air conditioning was effective in keeping mosquitoes at bay, while the water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistently available.
